i think the most detailed bodies out there are Yokomo and Tamiya. Tamiya is cheaper but Yokomo make drift bodies that replicate the real drift cars in D1, try this, good price and good bodies:

for great detailed bodies look at the Hotworks ones there a bit dearer but fully details and you get a set of rims/tyres also

Any r/c body can be a "detailed" body with the right modifications.

East Coast Bodies Tune is making some Drift bodies also...I was told they are made by the same OEM that makes Yokomo. I've held the east cost s-15 next to the Yok s-15 and the level of detail is about the same, but some of the Yok bodies are very thick, especially the 07 ones..

I wouldn't recommend using the hotworks wheels either..

Not that I haven't heard of ABC, just not seen the site.

I have seen places like rcmart.com and others sell their products. Just never seen their website. That site shows some very nice bodies.

ABC Hobbies don't have an online store. You gotta call or email them to get their stuff. Just so you know. Yokomo is UBER expensive, but they are the only company with liscensed D1 bodies. If you don't want a liscened body, then...well, Yokomo still has the best detail (usually. They went to suck on the Soarer, but that's like a 1 time deal). HPI is also top notch. Their S15's look like SUK to me, but the rest is okay. Hotworks is hard to get to as well. Wheels suck for driving but look good. Tamiya is okay. Not great but not horrible. East Coast Bodies tune has like 4 bodies or something. But they did a really good job on those 4. That's about it. And every body can't be detailed. Some just suck too much. Sure, they can have a lot of those little ghey sharpie lines all over them and fancy sticker placement...but then they just look like sucktastic bodies with a bunch of ghey sharpie lines and "creative" sticker placement. However, the likelyhood of you being able to find a body that sucktastic is low. I've only seen those in the land of the rising sun.
