Status: offline 		You can search around for some Celtic Metal and that might locate you some Irish bands and labels. I've read that many of the UK/Irish metal bands are often classified as folk metal. That term sounds kind of strange in the beginning, but it may fit well.

The only band that I can come up with off the top of my head is 'Tempest', but they may not be as edgy as metal. Good luck in your search :-)
