Status: offline 		It depends, anywhere from $29-$50. Just do a search. Maybe start with towerhobbies. E-Flite has a PowerMeter but I think it is $45.

Just make sure it goes up to at least 40 amps minimum and measures, amps, watts, volts at least

Status: offline 		Ill just have to check my locol hobby store to see what they have. And what happens if the props dont counter rotate? And the more powerful motor that Dr kiwi mentioned is better than eflights BL450?

You don't HAVE to have counter-rotating props. There will be more torque reaction if the both spin the same way, but that need not be fatal.

I mention a $49 Dualsky motor which is fully capable of 200W (burst 250W) http://www.2dogrc.com/ecommerce/os/catalog/xmotor-3530ca14t-250w-glow-torque-p-2030.html

If you don't need that much the next size down is ~150W capable and less than $40.

The $65 E-flite 450 is barely a 150W motor since max continuous current is only 14A.

Status: offline 		I need a motor that can carry 936-1134 grams. (Eflight P-38) The manual says not to use anything more powerful than there motors (specs at horizon hobby model # EFLM1400) please help me find a motor very simular for a cheaper price. please. would the http://unitedhobbies.com/UNITEDHOBBIES/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=4700 work for this plane? And ill need a 3 cell 2100 mAh LiPo pack any one know any cheap ones?

Status: offline 		That KDA A20-22L would be fine. With 9x5 GWS HD props you'd get ~750g per motor from 130W each (just over 12A each on 3s) - If you go with a 3s 2100 you will need at least 15C, since you'll be drawing 24A total.

15C is the battery current rating. A 2100mah 15C battery can handle 31.5amps. You take the 2100 and divide by 1000 to take the miliamps to amps. So 2.1, then multiply by the C rating number, in this case 15. So 2.1amps x 15C = 31.5amps.

Pusher props are designed for rear/mid. motor mounted planes in which the motor is turned around and mounted backwards, facing the rear of the plane If that makes sense. They are designed to push air instead of pull it, like a normal motor mounted setup would.
