Watch how far you go, "Vehicle width maximum ---------- outside tire to outside tire ----------- 19.5 inches" those are the rc pro series rules. I doubt that a local track will get picky on being to wide but the rc and roar officals will. Last year I had a buddies revo that was 1/16 of a inch to wide, disqualified his run. Thats picky.

Front end is sitting way to high. Just wondering how that was done? Im not even sure my revo sits that high. Try and get the a arms to sit level, droop screws about 1mm perhaps 2 even.

Anyone else fitted up their K Factory hinge pins? I noticed on the front lower that the nut ends were hitting the lower servo saver arms (that attach to the ackermann). So I had to knick a bit out of them to clear the nuts. No problem now and I'm sure that all of the strength has been retained. Just curious if this happened to anyone else. Also installed some 14mm off set hubs, it has a pretty wide track now.

haven't got that far yet Mtb, but you shouldn't have to shave anything, atleast this is the first I've heard of this problem, lets wait and see if anyone else has run into this. Now I'm curious.
I know all the kfactory hinge pins are slightly longer to compesate for the locknut, but you would think when in production they are testing this stuff out.

Perhaps flipping the hinge pin around the other way might do the trick, since you have just a flat head on the other side. Thus keeping you from having to shave anything.

I'll try and post some pics a bit later, 03:10 am here at the moment, off to work shortly.

As I said yesterday, I had problems with the ofna chrome top box i have. So went to LHS nearest to me and he said to check to see if the switch was bad or the motor. So I took the wires off the switch and tied them together and hookt the box up to the battery and that was the problem, bad switch. Got some 20% to start breakin and noticed I only had enough for 1 tank of fuel. When trying to start the engine up it would keep cutting off so I leaned the HSN 1/8th turn and adjusted the idle screw 1/4th turn and it fired up and idled through the first tank. Temps didn reach over 160 degrees F. It has a very nice idle and the low growl sound is awsome. Will make a run to the hobbyshop(the one thats 30 miles from me) to get some fuel. The LHS closest to me only has 40 and 50% fuel.. only about 2 guys run that kind of fuel in the area. Kinda pointless to have that instock if you ask me.

Oh and Im running O'Donnell fuel. Will run 20% for the first half gallon then run 30%. Have to get some head shims soon.

Took some pics with the new RB pipe fitted but they keep coming up small like the other ones i posted. Think I may have to get a camera because cell phones arent any good at taking pics.

order fuel from b main and you have it in one day...90 bucks a case is tough to beat as well (30%)

Tilted fuel 90 bucks a case, nice price. Hows it stack up against werks fuel, 30%? Might try a quart and see how it performs, but Im pretty much hooked on werks fuel. Would like to hear more on the tilted fuel though.

well, I have never ran werks, so I cannot comment on that...I used to run Trinity platinum monster hp, odonnel, and TQ - Tilted (I use the green) is mixed by the same company that mixes tq, but it has a little more oil in it. The insides of my mills look great, runtime is great, very good smoke (smokes a little more then odonnel and TQ) - also, my carbs are not sticking anymore (they had in the past with some of the other fuels). You cannot beat Tilted fuel imo....especially for the price...i know a LOT of va and md racers have switched to tilted...give it a try..I bet you like it

I got a gallon of Trinity 20% today but didn get back in time before it got dark. Well I still might go out and idle a few tanks in the truck so tomorrow morning I can drive it. Called HobbyTown and the lady said they had odonnell 20%, so i go up there and all they had was 30%. Good for nothing hobbyshops!! This trinity stuff ha smore oil than odonnell but I dont liek switching fuels unless im going to stick with it. Think I will order my fuel too from now on since i what I need is never there until I dont need it.

I'm thinking of switching fuels, but I've been running Odonnel 20 for as long as I can remember, cause thats all my lhs carried.
I'm looking into this tilted fuel 30 but I've never run 30. and was also told/taught never to break a motor in with 30
so should I do break in with odonnel 20 then try the tilted?
Gonna be running it in the os 28

Ok well I was fed up with walking into my hobby den and gawking at all the parts in there so I decided to start the build.. Finally..
Didn't get very far but I did what I could. Will finish what I couldn't do when the rest of my orders come in hopefully next week.
