They came from Canada and the place that makes them are called MO Tech. They make then for other truggies and buggies too. Well worth the money I would say.

If those are the ones from Canada, they need to clear customs, shouldnt be but 14 days. I was wanting those but the BCE chassis doesnt have the spiral dip on the bottom of the chassis. They do look nice on the truggy though.

Yeah, they're the same ones I ordered last year, excellent investment IMHO. Mine took 2-3 weeks to Australia from memory. My chassis also does not have the dip in it, and i'm pretty sure you can request them without the cut out. I didn't bother myself.

I bought those plastic ones from DERacing and used 2 of the 3 on my
ST-RR last weekend and wore both of them off completely.

I gave the last one to a friend of mine and we're making aluminum ones
from that as a template. Those pictures of those other ones are nice btw !

I also got my new alum skid plates... Very nice!! The only thing I recommended to guy that makes them is that he include new longer screws to replace the stock ones that now don't go in as far. He said he doesn't in order to keep the cost down. I'm not sure what 8 screws would cost but I doubt it would be very much. All in all a very nice upgrade, it definitely saves the frame from a ton of abuse.

Believe it took about 8 days at the most for mines to arrive.

I still havent ran the truck since the steering servo died, but I will get it running by next week.. maybe. Saving for a 1/5th atm.

Brought a RB C6 BBT7 L2G Last week and it came in today. The cooling heads on them things are the greatest looking cooling heads I seen yet! Will get pics up tomorrow. Not sure what this is going in now since the change of heart to go with a 1/5th scale instead as the next rc ( and last rc I will get for a long time to come.) Dont need or want to use as a backup engine for the truck. For now it will sit in the box and look pretty. Anyone have this engine? How do you like it?

Ive got the c5bb, same inside parts. Its been a pain after it hit gallon 1. Ive replaced everything and its so so at best. It started out like a champ, hit gallon mark 1 and junk there after. I have a new shaft due in for it and a gasket kit (again) so well see. I hope to use it for club races and the siro for the pro events.
My rb has the standard plug, if I remember right, the c6 have turbo plugs. That and the lower cooling head are the only things that are diffrent between the c5 and c6 engines.

That's that engine I've been running latley, mine was bought from rb mods already modified. I don't know how they are stock but mine has more bottom end than I know what to do with and the top end is just insane. I've put around 4 gallons through it maybe 5 with no problems at all. Still running very strong. This is my engine of choice as of right now but I've been thinking about a O.S. speed but Thats a little bit of money I'm not sure if I want to spend.

Dont spend that kind of money on that. OS engines that are modded run the same as a stock RB thats detuned. I believe they are overpriced by far. Plus they arent part of a winning setup on any car or truck I seen..

you surely are not serious, are you?? OS Engines have won countless world championships and local races all over the world. Before you think I am an OS homer, I do NOT run an OS (have in the past) - I run GRP and Nova engines, but OS mills are tough to beat...they tune like no other engine (easier), they hold a tune, and they have plenty of power and not many engines get the same kind of runtime the OS's do (10 minutes plus). The vspec cannot be touched for 275, and the Speed, while pricey, is downright fast on the track..I have seen several OS Speeds obliterate C6's down a long back stretch. The only issue that I can see with OS is the longevity (bearing failures in the past, rod wear, etc), and I fully believe that a good Italian engine (RB, Nova, GRP, etc) will far outlast an OS engine (which is why I run them), but the OS's are a good mill

Talk about destroying your credibility with just one sentence! I just won the Amain this weekend at my local track with an OS...... Looks like I'm the first to ever win with one. LOL Wait till OS hears the good news, I'm sure they'll want to sponsor me now.. I'm on hold with them now..... LOL Your statements are beyond inaccurate.

Didn't O.S. engines win the last couple of world championships and arent there usually a few in the nationals every year?
