Very funny as well Dan.

Wasup Pklot, havent talked to you in a while. I dont want to even put fuel in it until I get a car to put it in that I know I will leave it in.

I was told that this could be done with out a problem and would work fine. Well I'll have to go a different way but I may just get the one I have modded.
Yeah 88 I haven't had a lot of free time to run but I am still here. I think I didn't shim my diffs right so I have to do that but trying to get right for the weekend. I know you said your crankcase is split how did that happen?

Good job...they are hard to beat when you can get em for $350!! Are you heading to the tiltyard this weekend? I am gonna skip it (being it is the ECNS) and go over to RC Pro on Saturday for some run time with the new strr . Running a mix of Vik's and Brian Miz's setup (which should be pretty "on" seeing has how he drives smooth and runs the three tracks around here). I am gonna hit the Yard for Round 2 of the NRL though

one more thing...if you are going to the yard, you better get that Speed on your rig asap!!! Your motor is gonna top out pretty quick on the back stretch (good reason for you get an Alum head Speed Motor! )

Give the sirio a good hard look. For 300 bucks its hard to beat.
Ive got a buddy going to the farm foreither the truggy or buggy finals (worlds). Im thinking its buggies and then again Im thinking its in Idaho? I know he placed for the worlds last summer at dirt burners in his buggy, I just dont remember how well he done in the truggy class at the farm last summer. Thats a track Id love to visit and hope to in the near future.
But for real, look into the sirio engines. Im not knocking any other brand, just placing the sirio before them all. Unless its the traxxas 3.3 engine and its flaw is the cheap plastic carb body.
Im taken the hd video recorder to the track tomarrow, you all can see how the sirio runs vs other brands. I know theres a rb c6 lg there and a speed (aluminum), a s3 a few nova 28s and other makes. Most are sirio engines though.
A main has the black case engines in 319 use code for 25 off and any rewards points and you can have it for 275 range.
Now I need to fiigure out how to convert hd clips so the computer will allow me to view them.

What are you guys using for a receiver battery pack in the ST-RR? I'm pulling my hair out trying to find the most cost effective and longest lasting solution. I currently using 4AA's (2700mah) in the double A holder that came with my Spektrum radio but now I'm seeing packs that use 5 batteries but are only 1600MAH? So..... What's the deal. Your feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

Lasts me a long time before I need to recharge them, and I use digital servos with telementry stuff hooked up on the truck running off that one battery

Must be a really tight fit!! My 4 AA's barely fit and that pack has 5 AA's! I'll give it a try. Are you using Spektrum's telemetry? How do you like it? Thanks!
