New ST-RR Truggy - I honestly have no idea. It took nearly 1 year for Kanai to design the MP-9. All efforts were put into making the MP-9 in the last year. I can't see a new Truggy in any less than a year's time. I highly doubt that they have even started thinking about it sense all efforts have been put into making the MP-9 and the Worlds.

The AKA truggy wheels will be of the '38' series variety!
I just ran a set of the new AKA truggy foams the past 2 weekends. I have nearly 4 hours on the foams and they still feel nearly new!! They are amazing and perfectly balanced!! It's going to be a very exciting product!!

Thanks, all makes sense, cant wait for the AKA's.

RC PARTS is very good, you should have zero issues. Your car should be awesome when finished, remember to show pics

man ive had my strr since last oct/nov, when they first were released! and it is still pretty fresh for next year!work has been tight for me this year and i havent been racing hardly at all ! i think i burned under 3 gallons all year, actually more like 2.i did just pick up a new dx3r. my only gripe with the strr is the fuel tanks, im on my 4th now. but i think i have fixed the problem.....cut down the front post a few mm. and run plenty of foam under it!i have done this mod but have yet to test it!. i havent started my truck in 2 months.

hkenvy91, welcome back...lol I bet I burn a gallon a week easy. I have foam under my tank too, but I didnt cut the post down any. Seems to be fine, its been a month without busting a tank. Driver still has issues with landing Nah, just hard on the thing is all.
Better get out and burn it up while you can, wont be long and winter will have taken over.

put foam under the tank (enough so that the tank is actually pushing UP against the tank mounting tabs) and run the 2 tank mounting screws loose..I have not broken a tank yet

Not sure about the werks, but the LRP has been good for me, have found the power to be quite linear and useable, running the smallest venturi to improve economy, and get about 7 mins a tank, good value for money IMO, although I'm about to grab a Sirio CL7B STI Ceramic and a Sirio 2013 combo in there.

I bought a werks .28 about this time last year and was going to run it in the midwest series finals. USPS shows up on time with engine and I start installing the collet, flywheel and then the nut to tighten it all down. The threads on the crank crumbled like a potato chip. I sent the engine back and 4 months had it back and fix. I sold it on ebay once it was returned. I cant see myself buying another werks after that ordeal.
Ive seen them run and they do very well, however first impresion wasnt very good. +1 for the sirio cl7b sti.
