very true, look at me, I almost went out and bought the st-rr chassis for 200.00 and found a better chassis the BCE KX7-R for 100.00 less, but I already had upgraded steering knuckles, so I guess it equaled out.

When the cop pulls you over doing 160 mph, and asks if you knew how fast you were going say, "yep i had cruise control on".

Finally received my paypal invoice from Bill over at BCE now its all about the waiting game... starting to receive upgrades here an there ordered from amain as well. The build is getting closer and closer to reality.
I can taste it lol

I also replaced my 3pk for the 3pks with the Fass spectrum receiver for the kyosho, anyone know if its any good?

Thats my next big choice, radio. I like my spektrum dx system but looking into the m11 or the 3pk system. The bce is cool and well worth the wait. Wish I could help out with the radio, but I have only heard good about both systems.

3PK of any flavour, be it S or not, with a 2.4Ghz module is still the untouchable radio in my opinion. I still use an original 3pk, it's been going for years and shows no signs of slowing down soon. I haven't even looked at the 4PK, as my 3 is already more than I need.

Wow that 4pk looks mean, someone might be returning the 3pks lol.. but 600 beans is alot of cash for a tx and rx.

Do any of you guys know what the kyosho shock oils are equivalent too? For example, the Kyosho #800 is the same as what is losi weight? I just put some Losi 35 weight allround in my ST-R (not big bore) shocks and it seems too light.

Kyoaho 800 ia about 52.5 Losi oil. Kyosho (and Mugen and Xray) go by the CPS method of measuring..it is linear and consistant, whereas the American "weight" system is not. Losi 35 wt is equal to about 450 CPS oil...

800 weight all around works great. That should be around 70 in losi oil. Gtsum summed it up.

Thanks guys, so my 35 is far too light. I think i'll just order some Kyosho 800 from amain ($20.00 a bottle locally, whereas, losi was $8.00)
