I believe it's called SnapFlap. My radio doesn't support it, but I've heard from people who know what they're talking about that it's a great way to go. You basically mix elevator with flaps, or flaperons, so that as you pull back in a turn, the flaps partially deploy.

Try searching the web for snapflap, you might be able to dig up more info.

I have read where snap-flap was used a little differently; the flaps were a little "up" in normal flight to decamber the airfoil for high speeds in the straights then returned to the unmodified airfoil when a certain amount of up-elevator was signalled in the turns for the best lift performance with minimum drag.
