Once you get the plane fully loaded, wings, batteries etc, it will level out slightly and will as oceanhuffer say's will settle with use.

Why do you have a couple sets of gear, I see one on the table. I would like to see a picture with the wheels moved away from the gear legs, centered on the axles along with wheel pants installed. I think the wheels pushed right against the gear legs make the picture look worse than it is. It looks good to me, once you add the wings and the plane is fully loaded it will be fine. You ever see a real Yaks gear when it is un-loaded, it looks the same.

Status: offline 		Looks like the 2 outer bolts near the wing root need to tigthen up a bit ,, also it does not look flat enough where it contacts with the landing plate in the fuse. but i can live with this . mine has gone the other way after use.
