Nice work guys, wouldn't be cool to put one of those russian or german armored trains on the track complete with guns and TBU ( or DBU). I have a brother out in Plano, how far is that from you guys?

Swathdiver...

Come on down this year... no time like the present.. (i see you using some sick time )

The Stuff.... Yep... NO power on this track... The Loco has been converted to FUll R/C with NiMh Battery pack installed inside locomotive! we will still keep the tracks fairly clean...but not for current draw

Heavyaslead,

Yes... that hill has a back road you can access and drive around the back of it.. giving you some advantage...
I think the tunnel and hill will be a popular watering hole!!

ARMCHAIRGENERAL,
Plano is north of Dallas which is approx 5 hrs away... depends on how fast you drive
A member in our club is working on a future "ARMORED CAR" with a TBU! Not for this year but perhaps by December

=HOPE YOU ALL CAN MAKE IT.... IT WILL BE AWESOME..

WE also now have an AIR CONDITIONED CLUB HOUSE!!!!!!!! So we can keep cool ....

Easy to see the 6500 sq ft battlefield from inside the club house ...

Photos don't do it justice.... this battlefield is HUGE!! lots of room to manuever and set-up attacks and ambushes!!

Tomas, WOW, I can't wait to see the town with the church and fountain in place. I suspect all the 1/16 stuff Jason has been collecting will really bring the place to life. Randy and Larry's work on the tree's have really paid off also.

DAMN! Things ARE bigger in Texas!

You guys are going to get soooooo lost on that battlefield

Looking great! Good luck with the battle.

Due to time and gas costs, I don't think you'll get many West Coast people out there, but we will be cheering you on and waiting to see the picts!

That's a great looking battlefield! Lots of terrian variety and really superb artwork and landscaping.

Wonder how fast the Leo could cross the field, say 15 seconds!
