Status: offline 		Well, we finally installed the Novak today. It was very straightforward, and easy to setup.

Unfortunately the diff seems to have died before we could try it out. The motor just spins up with no movement of wheels!

What is the cause of this? Is it a weak point? Is there a better alternative to the OE stuff?!!

Status: offline 		Looks like the idler gear was toast so I have ordered the optional aluminium one...
