I am fixing to purchsae a nitro truck do yall think it would be better to get the 1/8 scale titan or the 10th scale infinity as far as which one is the best truck in sterring and all around. and the better one can i put alot bigger motor on it without having any trouble with the linkages. and how big of a motor can i upgrade to with the titan and the infinity. thanks for the help and im sorry their are so many questions but i just want to pick the best truck to work with.

If you want a truck with a bigger motor just buy a redcat. Redcats 1/8 trucks are they same as the titan, only they have a .28 motor instead of a .21. Other then that there the same

Unfortunatlly Redcat is out of stock of the Earthquake truck right now. But all there 1/8th scales come with a SH28 motor locked cocked and ready to rock.

If your just getting into the hobby I would suggest getting a new vehicle alot of times if your new and you get a used car, they are harder to start and alot more problems and you end up getting frustrated with the hobby. Always remember it is a hobby and the cars no matter what brand tend to break. When you put 1 to 2 horse power @ 36,000 rpm to a bunch of nylon you tend to wear things out pretty fast, not to mention when your new ya tend to hit stuff and break things that way.

The best bang for the buck is the 1/8th scales vehicles, they are alot more durable steel gears, thicker A-Arms, stronger thicker drive shafts and a TON MORE POWER AND WOOOWHOOO.

It could be a month or so till they are back in stock they just went out of stock this week. But the Monsoon, Hurricane and the Avalanche are killer vehicles all with the big SH28 Engine.

Nahhh i'd say get the monsoon. You can race and bash it. Cant get any better then that. Thats what im planning on getting soon. I have a 1/10 infinity truck right now. It was my first and i love it, but its just not fast enough for me. I want somethin i can really drive on a track. So hopefully i get a monsoon or maybe the exceed razor, depends on the money. And with the razor, Is it going to be a huge difference from the 1/10 exceeds because they have a .18 and razor has a .21, Is it much of a difference?

It's a bit different they big block has a bit more power, but if you really want to get a 1/8th scale vehicle rocking and rolling ya need to get a big ass big block, lol

LoL thats what im thinking because i kno a .16 is hardly any difference from a .18 And im geussing a .18 isnt a whole bunch different from a .21 I want somethin BIG and durrable. So im probably gunna go with the hurricane or monsoon. Only reason i was thinking about getting the razor or titan was because well im only 13 and getting around 300 bucks is not easy. But my birthday and christmas is comin up so maybe i'll get the money by then. lol till then i'll hafta have fun with the infinity. And this doesnt hafta to do with this forum but what kind of fuel do you recommend for these cars, my infinity and so on, because im running blue thunder 20% i heard theres much better out there?
