I cant believe nobody in 30pages had thought to try to get the AMA side of what happened before passing judgement.

If it was defensible it would have been offered here given the level of consternation this has caused, and the ability of a "reasonable explanation" to put the whole thing to bed instantly. That it has not speaks volumes.

The AMA is well aware of this thread, but it means nothing to them.

Just my opinion but the AMA has followed a rule that was long ago told to me by my Jr High Basketball coach.

"It's better to keep your mouth shut and let people think your an idiot, then to open your mouth and remove all doubt."

Proving that they had cause to let Steve go gives them no positive sides and potentially a lot of negatives.

Well actually the AMA is conducting itself in total compliance with the applicable Indiana and federal laws. But let's keep beating this thing to death.

Are you refering to AMA Wayne chatting it up here?
Cause if JC just cut & pasted what wayne said as verbatim from him(&ama), that would do it for me.
Or does the legal coin get a flip when we talk about AMA Wayne

why
why poke the thread when it was fading so nicely.

We ask
we wait
thread fades to archive
... whats so hard about that?

I have an email from my district vic prexy that he says people have called him and he explained what happened and they were satisfied. So i guess they can talk as long as it isn't in print.

I wonder if Steve has any intentions of continuing his membership with AMA anyway.
