I am disabled and flying is my hobby, also i worked 17 years in a paper mill in maine and owned two real airplanes, a piper colt and a cherokee 140, i collect SSI and get paid such a small amount of money each month so this to me is important, i just bought the DA-50, also i run Merle Hydes soft mounts on all of my planes, i am using the GP- Cap 232 sport for the DA-50, i am going to use two battery's and two off-on switches for safety reason's, is that good enough or should i use other safety conponants, there are so many different things one can use, i am just a sport pilot and a very easy going pilot, do you think the switches will be enough or is there other things i should use for safety, i want to fly safely with spending the least amount of money, many pilots go with everything out there and i just do not think that i need what the IMAC pilots use, also many guys at the field that can afford to use all the extra safety extra,s, should i go further, and if so what would you say is enough safety devises to use on my plane, thank you very much for your help and support, some day i have great hopes of going to one of the IMAC events to watch you and all the pro's do there thing.
