Hey Guys,
I'm thinking about picking up a Honey Bee King 2 to step up from my Blade CP. Where is the best (cheapest) place to pick one up? What upgrades should I consider from the get go? I'm thinking of going brushless from the start. What is the best motor/esc to go with? I don't want to spend a fortunet initially, but if there are weak points I would rather just take care of them from the start. Thanks in advance for any input!

Todd

PM betapilot, on this board. Rusty will set you up with a brushless setup, right from the start. His prices are reasonable, his shipping is what it costs him to ship.

I got mine from HeliDirect... was $150 and shipping seriously only took 3 days... not sure how much the shipping cost was though, might have been free because they had a free option.

Definitely get it through Betapilot. You will not regret the purchase and it will be setup to fly properly.

You will appreciate the time and effort he puts into each kit to ensure it works right when you get it. I would suggest ordering the HBKII from Betapilot with the B/L setup already installed. Trust me on this - it's worth the cost and the wait to have him complete the install.

Rusty is in the process of setting me up as well.
Just leave him alone until he gets mine done!
