I would like to open a new topic and speack here about our bad experience with online heli shops.If you haved difficulty making a deal with one online shop,bad delivery,the product was used,please post here your experience!
My baf experience was with http://www.rc-fever.com/. After i have placeed the order,and they have got the money from my credit card,after 3 days they finaly contact me and tell me that i have to sign one credit card autorization found here: http://www.rc-fever.com/credit_card_authorization_form.html. Actualy they asck me to provide them all my credit card information,including the cvv2 number.I never heard before one like that,and i know that providing such as information thru e-mail is very risky.Finaly i decided to provide them that information,and guess what,the guy from the support didn`t answer to my e-mails anymore,so i called them,and the women from the support has told me that i must wait untill his boss will came to the office and he will decide if my order will be approved or not,and the boss missing from town another 2 days.But my money was already transfered in their acount (transaction was not anymore in pending,was mached).So,i got mad and asked to refund my credit card and cancel the order,and now i didn`t get any answer from them.Also the women from the suport has told me,if i will cancel the order i will get my refund in 20 days,and call ended the phone conversation.Sorry for my english.
So STAY OUT from this online shop!

Status: offline 		Contact your bank (or CC issuer), flag them for fraud. They will refund your money for the transaction and likely launch an investigation on the company.

good idea, so sorry to hear about a not so great company, kindof lessens your trust in online sites
