ive had my 977 for a little over a month.
in that time the banana plugs for the output a have melted and output a will no longer recognize a battery. I have never exceeded 4.10amps on either output or used anything but regular six cell nimh batteries. also the charger started smoking the other day while i was charging. what should i do about this?

Definitely send the charger and power supply in to us for evaluation. Whatever has to be done will be covered under warranty, so just include a note with your name, address, and phone number and a brief description of the problem. Please send it to us at:
