JUST RECIEVED MY HBK2. TX CAME IN MODE 1, I AM USED TO MODE 2. CAN THE ESKY TX BE SWITCHED OVER? ALSO MY ESC BURNED TO A CRISP ON SECOND RUN. JUST BOUGHT A NEW 30A GWS (GRAND WING SERVO-TECH CO.) FROM LHS . DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF THIS ESC WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH STOCK SETUP. THANKS.

Any ESC will work if you connect it properly, they are not matched or proprietary unless you get a 4'n'1.

Search on the Eflite forums, there is a good post on how to convert a Mode 1 to Mode 2.

There is a switch with 2 rockers behind the battery tray (batteries out). Flip the switch on 1 to off side & 2 to "ON" side. I believe you also flip over the rachet & spring levers also if needed. You have to take the back cover off for this though. Not sure on the ESC though. Most everyone runs stock or BL setups.
