Well I took this thing out for its first flight. Things were going ok execpt the plane was far to nose heavy, and required too much up elevator to the point, that if you needed to pull up hard, you had very little left to play with..... this image is the result, after loosing track of the airplane in the silhouette of the mountains....the weather was over cast with rain threatening the field all morning..... My buddy flew his f-16, and it behaved the way, but he kept it higher than I did so it was easier to see. After his first fight was over, we shifted the battery pack more to the rear to try to make the airplane less nose heavy. We did not get a chance to get a second flight on his F-16 due to the field getting rained out. ** Thinking back, this airplane felt predictable in the air, and stable. It would go where you wanted it to with athority. The airplane seemed to have plenty of power and felt about the same speed as the DF-45 series. I did not get a chance to radar the F-16 due to a rain out. *Tips* • Do not fly this airplane on an overcast day unless you have tiger strips on your wings or something. • Do not balance the airplane too nose heavy. Balance it just perfect. • apply a protective film to the bottom of the aircraft to help prevent scuff damage.
