Status: offline 		i keep tearing up my tires on my exceed ultra onroad nitro car...im running the car on a freshly sealed empty mall parking lot...the stock tires that came on the car went bald after the break in process...the next day i went and bought a set of venom tires and rims and they went bald the same day i bought them...and i know most of the tire wear has to do with the inexperiance of driving, but i dont think that they should be going bald that quick when it took me 3 or 4 days to go through a lesser quality softer stock tire...now my question is what type of compond should i use for that surface that i am driving on and what do the various types of compounds mean?...for example a type D, S, M compound and so on...again the only surface that i have been running on is a freshly sealed fairly smooth empty mall parking lot...thank you for all your relpies

Status: offline 		the car weighs just over a pound or so...and the tire is as thick as a standard 26mm tire...but the guy at hobbytown today said that the reason they are wearing out so fast is becuase they dont have a foam insert...they have the honeycomb type deal and he said thats why they are wearing out so fast is because the honeycomb is softer than the rest of the tire
