Hi fellow knowers of the TRex,

Was putting together the flybar today, all went together very nice, but when I was done, I have a good mm of slop between the 2 flybar control arms and the flybar seesaw holder. So after I was all done if I slid the flybar that 1mm to one side the flybars would drop (heavy on that side), same if I went the other way. Inputs appreciated. Thanks.

Dave

Look at the manual. the two control arms are held in place by the two control rods. the control rods have to be installed opposite of each other. i/e the distance from one control arm to the ball on the control rod is different than the other control rod. you might have just installed one of the control rods backward.
when the control arms are tightened to the control rods, there shouldnt be any slop. set screws on the control arms tight?

Roger that, but several have posted the same "play" I ended up with. Rather than file or try for exact sized spacers, I gave the arms (plastic) a slight squeeze and tightened them up...slop gone. Dave
