In my opinion I`d pick the s30 valcano no question about it. I have 2 sh engines and love them to death very fast and strong.Plus the engine replacement program is awesome.Life time too boot.My next truck after the Avalanche is the s30 so that tells ya how highly I think of it.

i got a ofna ultra trans and a axiel 28 motor in a volcano.anyone have any pics for the ofna ultra duel brake linkage.how it gets hooked on the brake cams

yup it sure flys like a rocket.evryone i have talked to said it is impossible to put a axial 28 or anything bigger than a sh 18 in a volcano.hmmm guess what i proved that wrong.in fact it bolts right in on the factory motor mounts.all i had to modify was the servo to pull the linkage on the carb.now i need to figure out how to add a reverse

You went from a .18 to a .28 wow,and is that the stock fuel tank cause it looks small for a .28 I want to see video of this monster running when you get it finished.

no that tank is a duratraxx with a primer.ill get some videos soon.and yes it had a sh 18 now i got a axial 28 with a ofna trans.any ideas on reverse

So alot of you volcano dudes are runnen Savage suspentions. Whats the deal on the stock? Is it as wide as a savage? Lookin for a set up for a custom build and found a stock rear. Are they good?
