you need a 2 speed trans from the tsunami and a 2 speed clutch bell but you need an hpi clutch bell, the 13/18 one, its not any good believe me, its still too high geared.

I will most likely put the OS .18 CV-R engine in it. Will that add power?

Hot plugs are run in small block engines or engines that run lower content nitro. Big blocks run colder plugs. I you run a small block engine with lets say 10% nitro you need a hot plug. If you run a small block with higher content like 33% you need a cold plug.

the best way to get a decent shine from your body is spray with wd40 and wipe it in , i dont know if you can find someplace that would make custom rims, maybe a machine shop that works with aluminum, try a search on google, try custom rc rims or custom radio control car rims

put a smaller clutch bell in it, like a 12 tooth that should give you much more torque.

I'm not sure how much torque you are looking for, but Ehroof pointed me to a 16 tooth HPI clutchbell, and I have no complaints. It's a great compromise for low end torque without losing too much top end. I don't know exactly what you're looking for, but I'm happy.

Custom RC rims are very very expensive. I've made a few in my machine shop for some guys that like to have these kinds of parts on there show trucks, but your looking at $100 or more for two rims.

This is one place:
http://www.rc-parts.com/

I believe these guys will do Custom Machine work if you blue print it:
http://www.acncm.com/

Crazy nut is another CNC place, but looks like there website is under construction, here's the link anyway for future reference:
http://www.crazynutracing.com

You can find other by searching for custom nitro RC wheels.
