ok is there a subsitute for the shock fluid like a 30 sae motor oil or something like that

i would use shock oil, rc shock oil

yes screw the two nedels down tight (clockwise) (remember Righty-tighty Lefty-loosie) then unscrew the one on the coliear (the one by the throdel link) 3 to the Counter-clockwise and the one sticking up 2.

how many turns do you have to do so that it could be perfect because , my exceed rc buggy isn't even getting into two speed ??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is not how many out is perfect. You have to learn to tune them to temps, it takes some practice. Read these and print them out for future reference.

is the engine going up in rilly highrpm's ??? if it is the tab to put it into second is probaly jamed in second... wd-40 will work.
how i know this... i had the same problam too

p.s. my car is tuned rich so that i dont runit too lean and so there is lots of luberration... 1/2 turn rich
