Did you fly it yet? RUn the motor with the pipe?

Nothing yet Sinergy....The weather here in Ohio is miserable and that's putting it nicely. It's been cold and rainy, my favorite! I would rather it snow than rain. The forecast does not look any better.

David.

Does anyone have the dimensions from top to bottom and side to side on the center of the stand-offs?

I will put a PDF up on my site of the mount pattern. It is an odd measurment to make it as small as possable. A template is best. Side to side it is 3.12" and top to bottom is is 1.97" It is actually metric at 79 x 50mm

From the pics I've seen of the engine it looks like the needles are not on the prop side of the carb and it can be adjusted when running. I know, never adjust a running enigne. Hell, a little bump here and there on the fingers wont hurt anything.

I can turn the carb either way. The problem with them angled away from the prop is you will be adjusting through the top of your cowel. Just no way around that with a Walbro carb unless it is turned to the linkage is not lined up.

Watch this video, try to count to ten on his fingers, see if you still think a little bump won't hurt anything.

Like my grandfather always told me. Don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see.

Does anyone know of one of these installed in the Aeroworks 1.20 size yak?? I have one of these kits sitting in the shop that needs a powerplant and I'm considering on of these motors but really don't want to hack up the cowl too much to make it work...Appreciate any comments.... Thanks, Rick

I ran my 26SSR today......Wow! This Brillelli 26 with a ES Composite pipe may be the best running motor I have ever owned. It started on the 10th flip and ran very smooth. The sound with the pipe is just like a sports car. With its small cylinder and mass it had very little vibration. I would almost compare its vibration to that of an O.S. 1.60. I did not have the wings on as well. I can tell it will be very powerful. What a winner!

David.
