i bought a new truggy a few weeks ago but after taking it out 2day i tried pulling the start but it comes out ok but wen it tries to go in it gets stuck so i have to loosen the glow plug and it goes in ok!! so can any1 help me??

Sounds as if the 1-way bearing is jamming, I'd remove the backplate and check it out.

na m8 its still no gd but the pull start dose go back in but slow and chunks a bit

So the 1-way bearing was ok then? The only other thing i can think of is that the internal mech of the pullstart is catching on the backplate somehow... but that wouldn't explain how it works when you loosen the plug

Maybe you could shoot some motor spray/"Nitro Cleaner" down inside the cords hole? Sometimes exhaust oil gets down in there and gets all thick and gummy...that and a little dirt mixed in...
It would work better if you took it off the engine first, of course, so the crud had somewhere to drain.
