Jack Stafford Models Announcement:

Jack Stafford Models is glad to announce that we can now run production kits in lot form. If you fellows get together and purchase a minimum of 5 kits of any one particular model, for example 5 Twin Comanches or 5 Aircoupes, etc. No mix and match of kit lots will be considered. JSM will make a production run to fill that order of five. Orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis. The one exception to this is the 50% Smith Miniplane, it can be ordered as a single short kit which includes a fiberglass cowl, formed and welded landing gear, a construction cd and plans.
We will require a 50% non refundable deposit with the remaining 50% along with the actual shipping cost at the time the order is ready to ship. We have had a lot of requests for kits since closing the business 12/31/06. This is the one way we can help provide you, the modeler, with what you want. So, get together with some of your friends and get the word out. E-mail me or send a PM if you have any questions or would like to discuss any further details. Following is the list of kits along with the price per kit. Thank you. Jack Stafford Models.

Aircoupe 63” WS $199.95
B-24D Liberator 90” WS $399.95

I'm in for a Mooney Ovation and/or Piper Single Comanche. I'll even take a Twin if I have to.

Is the B-24 in the 5 kit lot catagory?
I have been thinking about building one of those for a while now. What does the kit come with besides balsa and ply?

Bassman, The B24 is indeed in the 5 lot category. It comes with all the needed formers, sheeting, formed plastic parts for cowls, bomb turrets, windscreen, turbo chargers, 9 machine gun kits, etc. Also included is a set of foam wing cores. There are no die cut parts in this kit.

Let me know when you have the remaining four commitments for the B-24
I can't afford to buy all five!!!!
Any chance of getting some of the B-24 parts like the machine gun kits and turrents seperatly for a scratch build project I have going on?

The B-24 sounds like something I'd like to build, but I'm on the fence as far as making a commitment goes. If three others chime in and want one, let me know, and I'll make a decision to commit.
