I'm building a 1/4 scale 3D plane ,I 'm planning on going to 6 volt system with 2 hitec 645 for aileron,1 hitec 805 for rudder and 2 standard servos the elevator.Need to get some ideas on a size for a few flights without having to recharge ?

1700mAh or greater will be plenty.

I would agree, you need a 1650maH pack or larger.
