Status: offline 		its all the same as the trex 13t and 150t

a higher pinion would bog the motor more then it does now

your only choice is a nice -8 maybe a 430xl but honestly the stock motor does most stuff pretty well and gives flight times and a low current draw

Status: offline 		I thought that that would be the case...I would really feel better if I had more power to be able to pull out of things...but as I get smoother it probably won't be as much of a problem...still a little sloppy on my technique...
I just like how some of the sim helis have the ability to punch out strong...

milli... is this the part you need?... let me know bro... i'll ship it to you priority mail.. i'll be glad to help. I know the feeling of not to be able to fly because of broken parts... took me 2 weeks before i got mine fix.. i broke my BH the 2nd day i got it.. lol

SR this advice didn't come from that forum,according to him the heli won't be "pulling the heli back to you". It will infact creep forward in most cases. He also said that most people have their heli trimmed this way,and don't realize it.Ron

cool.. i'll send you the whole grip with two arms , the grip still has the bearings in it intack.. pm me the address and the name i'm sending it to.. don't strip it again coz it's all i got left that i don't need from my original rotor head

Status: offline 		After reading through this thread, I ordered the BH450 standard kit (just the heli, motor, and esc) along with a Logitech 2100 gyro from ka-planes this morning. The Logitiech will go in my Trex450SA and I'll take the Align (telebee) out of it for the BH450. I'm going this route because I already have a set of TowerPro 9g's on hand, DX6i with spare reciever and the batt's I iuse in the Trex. I also have E'sky HoneyBee CP (on a Blade CP frame), Walkera 22e, and Venom NR3DXL. The XL is down for a one-way bearing right now. I think I have the bug bad. I get antsy when I don't have more than one bird ready to fly. So far I can hover any way but nose in, FF, FFF, piro, and stall turn. I have't gotten the nerve for a loop or roll yet. I've been flying RC since 82 and had a Kyosho Concept 30SR and Lite Machines LMH 110 back in the early 90's. I'm having a blast with the electric heli and look forward to joining in here on this board with my experiences with the BH450 from ka-planes.

Status: offline 		Hfen, welcome to the Ka-planes BH450 family... It's a fine craft and I am sure you'll have lots of fun with it. The telebee will be fine in it... You know enough about flying building that you should have no problem with this one. You should try and get 315 or 325 blades on it asap. You'll notice a difference.

I have 315 and 325 Trex blades on hand. If I've read right in this thread, they will fit the BH blade grips. I'll probably try the 315's first because I'll never use them on the T.

Status: offline 		I finally got to fly the BH today. There was little,to NO wind this am. First thing I found was it was wanting to go into FF (this is from being trimmed to hover in 10-15mph head winds). I used the sub trims and got it hovering well,then went up to about 25ft,and went into forward flight. It still was accelrating,and I went to center stick. Then it went into a "nose high" attitude and started to try to go backwards. I landed and added some forward cyclic,and went up again. It tried to go backwards again,but not as bad,so I landed and added some more trim. This time when I would go into FF and let the stick go to center,it would just slow down,in a level attitude( coast,or glide) and stop after around 30feet! I landed and changed out the battery,and went up again. It flew GREAT! When I got going a little too fast,I would just let up on the stick pressure,and it would slow down,AND stay level. No square dancing back and forth! I came in to land and found that I have to hold a "little back stick" (not much) to hover. This is the way I thought it should fly,but could never get a trim setup lined out. I flew a few circuts around the ball field and they were "relaxing" I could speed up or slow down,and the heli didn't do any pitching at all. The advice
