Gbasile - That was my thought exactly. I have taken this buggy apart so much that I dont need the manual anymore. I love the tinkering part of the hobby. There is not much more you really need to do to this buggy to make it a competetive racer. Aside form the pipe, header, and engine, i havent spent much. I made my own front chassis brace. The buggy comes with the holes already drilled out for it. Dont know why they didnt have it? I tweaked my chassis a bit coming down hard without the brace. Its really rigid now. I also rebuilt the diffs and added the 2 extra spider gears, and used diff lube. the diffs are pretty good stock, but the extra spider gears will make them almost indestructible. One less thing to worry about. I also installed sway bars front and rear. They make a big difference in the corners. next was springs. the stock springs were a bit soft for my liking, so I got stiffer ones. Thats really all I did to it. With the .28 in it, I could get in the A-main, but 8th was my best finish, if I finished. Those upgrades cost me about 80 bucks. Still WAAAAAAAAAAAy below the price of a 777 kit. I look at the following upgrades as a wash. If I got the kit, I would have to buy and engine, pipe, and header. I run different tires/rims, and bodiy. I would have done the same with the 777 kit too. So the upgrades aside from the power plant were minimal and made this buggy very competetive. 4th in the A main my one and only time with the new engine. Ill get that a main victory next year. Not bad for a moderately modified RTR racing against buggies that cost well over $1,000. This buggy has great potential with a minimal amount of modifications. Believe me I know. Good luck and congrats on your purchase.
