You might want to get mad at yourself before bashing others... If you look in my starphoto account you will see real cars. I put 6-10 hour days in, and find time for 4 main hobbies. We build 1/1 cars for a living, plus busy with family...

Some have skills.... Get over it.

Actually.... now that I think about it, thats a very big compliment.. These peices look so good that our life is in these....

Status: offline 		Only at Radio Shack. There on clearence so we snagged a couple. They only do a little three wheel, and back lifts maybe an inch. Now three's are huge, front hops, and the rear has about 3" of travel. Lots of cutting, repositioning, and some electronics work...

Laugh if you want... theres alot of work involved.

Status: offline 		Dont worry... It will be fully functional by remote soon.

Im doing a 1/10 PT Cruiser right now and another buddie is doing his with a Grave Digger body. The body was cut to have full fenders with side skirts... More pics soon.

Sorry for jumping on ya... Ive been getting flamed all over with questions regarding these cars...

Status: offline 		nah no flames at all~! I'm excited to see the 1/10 scale car, are you going to sell the hydrolics as a kit or as a whole package? or is this jus something for fun you and your friend are attempting.

Status: offline 		Something like complete remote control will set yours apart from others also. I think they are pretty cool, with battery technology in the NIMH area you could hop that thing onto its roof! And it would hop for a LONG time tooooooo.

The 1/10 wont be for a bit. I gotta figure out how to widen these rear ends... not an easy task.

I hope to sell these at lowrider shows coming up. If not there I have some other options. I want to get into the big cars for ease of parts. Use actuators tho... should be able to bunny hop all 4 wheels. Pretty much somthing fun for the time being tho.

I can show some pics of how the front hop works if you want. Its a pretty basic idea thats used on 1/24 model hydro's.

Did its forst hops by remote last night! Wont hit the back bumper yet... gotta work with the rear axel placement before adding more weight to the trunk. Theres a 1600mha NIMH in there right now lol... Im using a Mabuchi 380 for hopping tho it it sucks the juice fairly quick.

Actuators are the way to go next. A 1/10 will easily hop all 4 wheels .

Status: offline 		Well here they are. Just got the rear wheels mounted last night ( thanx BoBT ) and rear wheel holes cut out. Saved the Grave Digger body as well. Now to make body mounts/ batt rack. Not sure if I want the body mount and rack in one, or mounting the batt above the rear axel. Rear axel will save the lift and three wheel motor some, but might not help the weight for hopping..... suggestions?





My front end is getting rebuilt, thats why its not in the pics, plus I need to get two more wheels and 4 tires *sigh*. My 2 ton epoxy wouldnt hold to styrene or 64 plastic?!?! Gotta use somthing else.

Couple questions guy...

Is it ok to use velcro for the body mounts? I figured Ill Shoe Goo around it to help it from seperating from the body. I just dont want pins and posts sticking out. Sugestions?'

Can a 1" wide tire fit a .75" rim? Im using 2.1" tall, .75" wide buggy rims and would like a street tire pattern. They dont have to be perfectly tru, just look good really.

Status: offline 		Those are pretty nice but not sure if they will work on my rim. I have no choice but to run the for clearence reasons.

Ive looked at the touring tires but dont know if I can stretch them on my rim size, or if 1" width will look ok in .75"

If anyone has a 1" tire and .75" rim could you try it for me please?.... I cant return open items to my local hobby shop and cant afford extra parts

I plan on warming them up first with hot water and once there on there on... Keep in mind this thing will only do about 5mph once I turn the speed down.
