Status: offline 		I just test flew a Vanquish today; I got it from Atlanta Hobbies in a package with an EVO 4s1p battery, an Air Boss 45 amp esc and the Torque motor, prop, etc. It flies great and with a little tweaking I think it will be a nice "quick pattern practice" airplane...I am having a problem with the ESC as follows;

When the motor is stressed, the ESC "backs off" down to about 1/2 power...then slowly comes back up. I checked the amp draw and the peak amp draw is 41 amps..so I think that the problem may be an "overvoltage" phenomenon. I have "cleaned up" my workshop and can't find the programming instructions for the darn ESC. The Atlanta Hobbies website says that the ESC that they sent me with the package is for 2-3s Lipos-- so I'm thinking that either I need to send it back or reprogram it. Has anyone here got any experience with this package? If so, can you find the programming instructions and send me a summary? thanks, In the meantime, I may swap it out for a CC45 Phoenix.

Status: offline 		It should say how many cells right on the controller. The correct one will say 2-5s Lipos. They sent me the wrong one, 2-3s, as well. They sent the correct one right away. Now if I could only get my Lipos which are on backorder from Atlanta.

Status: offline 		To Follow Up; The Air boss was indeed only for 2-3 S Lipo; I changed it for a Phoenix 45 that I had sitting unused and the problem is solved; I'll be calling Atlanta Hobbies for a swap tomorrow.
