Hey everyone, noob here again to ask a simple question :-p

My shocks seem incredibly soft on my matrix buggy. Any suggestions how to "stiffen them up a bit?"

My primary driving conditions...

Home,
Construction sites,
Park.

Haven't been on the track enough to adjust it to that. Those 3 locations are pretty much it. Big jumps, lots of dirt / stone / gravel. Just havin some fun before the year is out :-)

Thicker shock oil perhaps? If ya got any suggestions post a link to some if ya could :-)

Peace out cub-scouts!! I'll be back to read comments :-)

Yeah, I was thinking heavier shock oil. Try looking for stiffer springs, thats if CEN sells any?

Yup...
Stiffer oil. Try 35w or maybe even 40w. CEN does make white springs that are supposed to be stiffer as well. I love proline crimefighters but the tire ? is all a matter of preference. Knuckles are great and also available pre-glued.

Wow! Lots of great feedback in a matter of 5 hours!

Ok, I suppose I'll do some research on the springs mentioned and look into the thicker shock oil. Perhaps I could find some on a-main or tower hobbies.

This springs is something I'll need to google. A lot of the alternate parts for the matrix buggy i'm unaware of the source.

Can't you put a few of those shock spacers in? I sometimes put them in here and there if I want it abit stiffer.. I do guess it's like a bandaid though.
