That might be too much prop. You want a fast spool up time for 3D so maybe a 12-4. You'll just have to try a couple and see what works best for that engine. But the above are good starting points.

And get a better muffler. The ST muffler is made of lead. I suggest the Macs one piece from Tower.

APC 12.25x3.75 is another option too...

I'm not a tuned pipe pipe fan. Loud as heck, and usually tuned higher than 3D can make good use of.

I had an Ultrathrust muffler on my ST, and it had a bit of a flat spot (lagged a bit in the middle) right where I wanted to fly it. It was frustrating...

The Macs is light, and no flat spot in the middle.

If you can tune the pipe for a solid torque ban, right in the middle, go for it!

I was thinking of getting the Jett muffler for my .51, but now you have me wondering. I think the Ultrathrust and the Jett are similar. Did you get any gain out of the Mac's one piece? I don't want a flat midrange for sure. I had an 11x5 APC on it and it would hover the TMPRO 260 at half throttle. I have the APC 12.25x3.75 that I'm going to try tomorrow.

I put a beer bottle muffler on my ST51, it's also on my boxxer, I run a 12 X 4 prop, and it's all it can do to pull out of a hover.

I just went out to change props and mine was an 11x4, not an 11x5. You got a pic of the beer bottle setup? What was your all up weight with the Boxxer?

Put the 12.25x 3.75 on it and had a test flight. Hovering was worse with this prop than with the 11x4. Took about 3/4 throttle to hover compared to half before. Pull out was terrible also. Was a rocket out of a hover before with the 11x4.
