Hi OZYRAY,

Glad to see the Corsair coming on nicely!! how did you get on with the detailing? what did you use for reference? will it be ready for the fly in around Easter?? i am booked in to fly there with JETJOCK (Graham) and Diane!! of cause!!

Keep up the good work!!

Im still detailing a 1/5 scale FW190 DORA for a friend of mine, bloody rivets!!

Status: offline 		HI FOLKS!!!! WELL THE CORSAIR IS BACK FROM THE PAINT SHOP TODAY. A NICE COAT OF PRIME ON HER. 2 HOURS RUBBING ALREADY DONE. ABOUT 3 MORE HOURS MAY FINISH IT.ITS LOOKING LIKE A WARBIRD NOW.WE POST A PIC 2MOZ. NEXT JOB A BIT MORE DETAIL ON THE COWL THE RRRRRRRIVETSSSSSSSSS. OH NO. TENDINITIS HERE WE COME. HA HA. ONLY JOKING I CAN`T WAIT. I BASICALLY RESEARCHED THE CORSAIR IN BOOKS AND GOOGLED IT . ALSO A COUPLE OF REFERENCE 3 VIEWS WERE HELPFUL. THE GREAT PART ABOUT THIS WAY, IS` YOU PICK WHAT WORKS FOR YOU!!!

Hi Kev,

You and me both need more time to get our Corsairs finished!! im not taking on any more work now till all my Warbirds are finished, i also need time to make a start on my Mustang car!!
I take it you never got those retracts from Ian for your Corsair? hopefully ive sorted out the problem with my King engine so we shouldent have that problem with the ones for our Corsairs? time will tel......

Come on OZYRAY!!! keep those photos coming! i found those Yellow aircraft wing joiners to nite that kev sorced for our Corsairs, if you would like me to post a photo ill sort one out!

Have you chose a colour scheme for yours yet?
