Hey Now Bro's now you have me thinking about building this thing . I just happen to have an old Saito .45 laying about. Or a Nelson .25 with bearings but that would be a rocket ship I think lol.

What radio gear did you use?? I have four HS 85 MGs laying around and some other non-MG mini servos. Also battery and RX??

I've been using HS 81's for servo's and either a Hitec 555 RX or a standard Futaba 7 channel.... The HS 85's are only just a tiny bit heavier, .19 oz more....


I like the 700 mAh nimh batteries from Radical RC. I'm running a 5 cell pack in my latest and it gives really good response time.
