Hey check this out... Been working with a buddy to simplify the building of the taco... Here's what we came up with.... The FAT FREE Taco!! I built this thing in literally 4 hours....... All the parts are CNC machined and just fall together... Very little fitting of anything.... We stiffened up the fuse with a 1/4" fiberglass rod running down the center of it....

Weight of bones: 10 oz.

Thanks Jess.

I'm gonna cover it and fly the snot out of it... If all goes well, and it holds up... I'll kit it...

If that isn't that strong, you might try running another rod at the top of the fuse.

Paul,

How does the "Weight of bones: 10 oz." compare to the Taco II?

I think the main advantage, besides ease of building will be a stiffer fuse at the TE of the wing.

Yup... Because the base is clear I decided to do the flag on the top and leave the bottom alone.
