wussup RC universe.. i just ordered an HPI Sprint 2.. the Subaru 1.. any1 here have 1??.. any feedback??.. any recommendations before i start toying with it??.. thanks guys..

I have the same exact chassis. You can join another forum where there are more people that have a sprint 2. So if you have any questions, you can ask em there also. But once you get your sprint 2, you MUST do the diff mod. In the link at the bottom, go to the first page and look for my post with a rear shot of the car. That is the diff mod, you should do that before you run it. Congrats on your purchase!

Well than I'll bring the pic to u. Well wat you want to do is cut the diff following the yellow line. Doing that creates a passage way for rocks or little pieces. Having the diff housing there cathces all of them and could get them jammed between the diff. So when you do the mod, make sure you take the bulheads out first. Then take a dremel or knife and cut along the yellow line. If you have any more questions, I'd be happy to answer them.

thanks for the help.. i appreciate.. also in that thread i read that the 17 turn Tornado is a brush motor and requires the water break-in.. but in these forums i was told it does not require the water break-in.. thanks again..

BTW do you think you can tell some1 about my registration problem??..
