I have a few questions for you, all pertaining to fitness for use of the engines:
1) are all crankshafts well in line front to back using a tolerance of within 0.01mm true and straightness?
2) are big end bearings and wrist pin cage ends of the conrods restricted in axial movement?
3) are all bearing seats machined to the required tolerances? (not as-cast?)
4) is the prop drive taper matched to the crancshaft taper, so the drive does not wobble?
5) are prop drives assembled without epoxy glue?
6) are crankcase halves pinned together for alignment retention?
7) are the piston rings bottom sealing surfaces flat?
8) Does the design prevent gasoline puddling in the crankcase?
9) Are the carb membranes resistant to US and European oxygenated gasoline?
10) are all engines clean inside and not full of silicone gasket debris?
11) do you use low quality fancy chromed bolts and studs, or high quality zinc plated items?
11a) Does the thread on the bolts match with the tapped threads tolerance range?
12) will the supplied tools be up to the job? (allan keys, spark plug wrench, prop drive wrench)
13) Are the mufflers made of very soft, or medium hard aluminium that will resist bolt torques?
14) will the long muffler stacks not tear off by engine vibration?
15) what ignitions do you fit? Timing data? Life expectancy?
16) do all bolt length in the aluminium follow the rule that the bolt screw thread engagement should be at least 2 times bolt diameter?
17) is the crankcase CNC machined or cast?
18) if cast, is it done in ductile material, or brittle for best cost effective casting?

I could go on, but this should do for the moment.
