what springs is everyone using for racing or just plain bashing on asphalt? (tc4)

i dont know what the spring rates are on the TC4, but i do know when racing on ashault you want a softer spring to alloy some flex in the chassis, to stiff of a spring will not be good and spin out

yea cause on carpet I was told to use 22 in the back and 40 in the front. I'm thinking I should probably switch to 25 in the front now that I'm on asphalt?
