OK this was a "new to me " experience, others may do it and I just don't remember.

Use your monokote heat gun to warm up the coro at the fold line after scoring. I did this and my coro folded straight quite easily. I held it in place until cool. didn't have to get very hot to work. made a nice LE.

OzMo:
I don't think I've heard of this before, and I know I've never tried it. Makes perfect sense to me, I'll try it on my next wing. Thanks for the tip!!

After butchering my first wing for a HOR I found one of those rollers for pressing the rubber bead into a screen works wonders for scoring the leading edge prior to folding. After we finished wing #2 took it out and my buddy crashed it on about 5 seconds. ( now im building him a wing with dihedral) [;)]

I hate when that happens [X(]

Better luck with the next one.

I used an old dull pizza cutter with good results. Will hit it with a heat gun next time as well.

meh no worries lol just broke engine mount and happy it wasnt mine.. Didn't even think of the pizza cutter idea.... already stole the wife's cutting board and glued one of her parring knives to a table don't think she'll be too pleased if i sneak away with her pizza cutter. Also I know this is wrong thread but has anyone put a .25 into a Hell on rails i just ordered one from tower and hoping they extra weight doesn't srew with CG too much. Also how's it handle with the extra power.

Watch out for flutter and I'd use dual aileron servos.

You really should build a Coro Stang for that new .25[8D].ZoooooooooooooM!

Any ones wife complain much about motor mount sized hole in her cutting board?

I use the screen roller also. The pizza cutter might work to well and cause splitting?

Corostang? Wow a little beyong my building skill level right now. I think im gonna stick with the HOR but i'm gonna run dual aileron servos and put all the control rods as far in on the servos that i can. Noticed that the controls are pretty touchy even with a .15 LA so gonna try that to tone things down a bit. What i really want to build is a Draco but can't find any detailed plans.
