haha, its the 2 degree things (don't know what they're called) I read somewhere it helps the PVC get traction to actually pull off the line.

It looks like it's broken.

What?!

You need negative camber for more grip! Anyway, with drifting you need to make as much contact with the ground as you can, so go for 0 degrees. The tires should look like this:

[]---[] = 0 deg. camber (best for even tire wear)

//---\\ = negative camber (more grip through corners)

\\---// = Positive camber (less grip all round, more unstable)

That should help give you some ideas!

Chris.

Yeah, I don't know any situation where you'd run positive camber...

it does help those pvc get more tration to pullaway BUT it will wear down the sides quicker
i found roughing up the pvc with a soft sandpaper helps traction a bit, dont expect loads tho i got 20+ packs thro mine and they still slip like a barrell of eels lmao

haha, cool thanks for all the help guys, I don't know, I read to use the 2 degree parts instead of the 0 degs. I'll change that up today!

Short build up?!

Anyway, you're GT Tuned motor is only a 25T, and is great for use over a long period of time or just frequent hard use.

The TT01R is slightly different from the TT01D-

The TT01D has a Sport Tuned Motor (23T) and the TT01R has the GT Tuned (25T)
The TT01R has blue anodised ball nuts and turnbuckle rods, the TT01D has steel ones.
The TT01R has an Aluminium prop shaft from a TB Evo IV and the cup joints either end are unique to this chassis. - The TT01D has a standard plastic prop.
The TT01D has an Aluminium motor heatsink, the TT01R has not.
The TT01R has metal drive/cup/out shafts, whereas the TT01D's are standard plastic.
The TT01D includes a set of D-spec wheels/tires, the TT01R has a set of one-piece wheels with slick tires.
The TT01D has an ESC included, the TT01R has none.
Both have CVA dampers with med. oil - BUT the TT01D has a set of extra soft springs (red)
Both share the unique B-parts sprue, with more flexible plastic and more mounting positions made available, and onle compatible with the adjustable upper arm set, which is included with both cars.
You are correct - some TT01D cars include a TLU-01 light unit.

Neither has a ball diff in site - I think the TT01R should have.

Yup - I know my TT01's a bit too well!

Chris.

i will get a D then for drifting, i have got a prop already in case you wonder why

when you have been running negative camber and the outsides of your tyres have more grip than the insides lol, lee1092 does that on his B4

haha, i did the opposite to try to get it to wear out evenly again, ran some negative camber to undo my positive :P
