OK, I got in all the upgrade, replacement parts in today, for my smoked AXE. That would include: New 3-pole main motor, new Evo20 ESC, spare linkage kit, spare odd's & ends. The machined ball ends I made seem alittle tight on the stock ball links, might polish them down a bit. Slapped it all together, tossed in a new battery, put it on the kitchen floor, armed the ESC's, throttled up & it flew ! Alright, kitchen test is over, lets go outside and play (in the WIND)! Learned something NEW tonight, stiff updrafts & downdrafts, can have very strange effects on a "mini-heli" such as the AXE. Pretty tough to keep it in one spot, plus it was getting dark, "BEFORE I BREAK IT, AGAIN ...PUT IT AWAY ! Or at least wait & bring it to work with you tomarrow (during daylight hours)! I don't care for the Evoflight 20 ESC I bought, it's a P.I.T.A. to ARM ! No noises, or beeps, like the ElectricFly C-12, I have on the tail. You can arm it once, twice, three times, maybe on the forth try the motor will start ! Oh, yeah and that red LED on the ESC (that glows bright as you reach low voltage),mounted under the AXE so yo can see it during flight. Yeah that's crap, you'll NEVER get the chance to see it glow, cause your tail's ESC already shut OFF, and your bird is SPINNING SILLY above your head!!!!! Gonna go with another ElectricFly, a C-35 for the main, so I can KNOW for sure when it's ARMED (with a beep, or something), not just a kiss, and a promise. Have to check the LHS again, can't wait for mailorder stuff, I don't have those kinda patience anymore! Rick
