Here is the review of the 2-6 Cell Lithium Polymer Battery pack balancer

Product link: http://www.all-battery.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1013

Price: $29.95 from All-Battery.com
Overall: very good product so far.
Shipping: USPS. Ordered on Monday and shipped on Thursday at 1:00 pm

I just switched to using lipo batteries on my RC plane so I started to look for a balancer for my lipos.
I came across this balancer at all-battery.com and I decided to give it a try.

The product came in a USPS priority box with also a couple of connectors I ordered to be able to use the balancer with Thunder Power compatible packs.
Within the box was also included the product manual and the PO.

The manual is pretty well ilustrated and explains all the features of the product and makes it pretty clear how to use it as well as all the posible voltage scenarios you may come accross when using the product and what to do in each case.

It can be used for packs up to 22.2 volts (6S). Works as a stand-alone balancer before charging or simultaneously with your charger doing it's balancing function at the same time that your pack is being charged.

The balancer comes with a black connector connected to the positive most pins but it is useless. It is just a guide to help make sure the battery will be plugged into balancer correctly.

To test the properly operation of the balancer I connected my Multiplex 5014 and also the balancer and when the charging cycle finished I used a voltmeter to check the voltage of each cell separately. All 3 cell were 4.15volts so the package was propely balaced.

Connector has 0.100 in pin spacing with 0.025 square pins and fits Apogee and other brands. Pins should be in order: red, black, black and black with no gaps or missing pins in the sequence.
If you plan to use it with Thunder Power batteries you will need an adapter as this batteries come with a smaller connector than the one used in the Balancer.
