Hey guys,

What would be the best Tamiya chassis to use if building a car for speed/track work?
It would most likely have a bushless combo in it.

TT-01, TA-05 ???

Any suggestions would be great.

Cheers

TRF415XX is the car now but a 416 is soon approaching.

I should have put in there that I don't want to spend a heap of money but am happy to add hop-ups to the chassis for added strength/performance.

I would deffinalty go for the TA05 if your on a budget the TA05R is about $250 and well worth it. I am curently running a Vortex 3.5 with GTB esc with a 2S 5500mah lipo. I am still working on the gearing but I clocked it at 63mph with my radar gun. Once I get gearing sorted i will get a video

A fellow Canadian! Your 05 looks great! If I may ask, where did you get those translucent chassis braces?
