nice thats awsome. Did you change any of the components on the truck to make it work? Longer drive shafts or anything? How much longer is it, 2 or3 inches? And my last question, do you have a template that I can follow to make the plates to extend mine or do you sell them? Im willing to contribute to your hard work. Thanks for the Pictures.

Stellar1 let me look into it to see how much it would cost and i don't have any temp plates i was going off the top of my head and the only thing i made longer was the rear center shaft to go to the rear diff and a few chassis mods so nothing rubs. Oh and its about 2 2.5 longer its now the same lenght as my savage

RCCanuck the bottle hold pressure from what im told it helps balances it all out. I dont really know much but all i know is once i put it on i had the nipple on the block all ready from when i bought it and now it works so i leave it on

what type of fuel and plug are you using? also for a TRX engine 270-290 isn't all that bad....I had one that ran 290 all the time and got 8 gallons of fuel out of it.

My 3.3 has never been over 240 and it runs GREAT. Consant wheelies and burnouts. I think this is more of a airleak/tuning problem.

true iv looked at my lines and they are still good and the tank seals good. im using the traxxas 20% and just a traxxas medium plug. mabey il just have to run it at that temp, theres no point in babying it cause its still gonna wear out

Trust me. Replace your fuel lines just to be safe. I can't always see a hole in the line but its there and it WILL cause problems. Even if u do replace it and it doesn't help, at least thats one less thing to worry about

i still think it might be the body restricting airflow to the head cause i can tune it perfect without the body and have it running 240-250 and put the body on and get 280-290. i know putting the body on will bring it up a little but 40 degrees?
