wow i am seriously considering buying this engine when my 3.3 goes out again..... i was going to go with the picco .26 but this engine sounds better and it includes all the stuff you need to get her rolling!!!

YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THE RB SETUP,damn caps lock, just came in from running mine, showing out for the bikers next door, nothing like creeping by at a slow roll, then nailing it,standing it up on the rear skid ,drop it down, and just go ballz to the wall, just a blazin,WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

i'd suggest just giving it a go before you go changing anything, if it doesn't run right, then change to the RB #5 cold plug, if it still doesn't run right then re-shim.

you can get the shim kit here, but this is an aussie site, just have a search around on some online stores for RB TM 323/523 spare parts and you should find a set in the U.S.

im pretty sure its the same as the trx 3.3 coz i had a cage on with the 3.3 then dropped the 523 in and the gap looks the same.. so if u went to trxxis site or even the rb site it should have a side view with every measurement possible. im looking for my exploded view now for ya...

the ez start will turn it over no problem, just make sure the batt is charged fully.
