I haven't seen any plans, and the only place I've seen them for sale is (I think) www.flyingthingz.com .

That first link takes you to one of my posts... my new, small, electric witch. Scratch built with no plans.
My other Witch I have had for years. There are no plans for it as far as I know. I purchased it as a kit many years ago. It is powered by a .60 2 stroke and flys great! You have to learn all it wants and needs...then it is very easy to fly.
