Ok i got my 8ight RTR yesterday and broke it in. today i was just playin around with it and the right rear CV pin broke (the part that goes into the diff yoke). And i noticed the front left one is coming out also. Is this something that just happened to me or is it a problem with the 8ight? I love the buggy thou. I only got about 12 tanks through it (including the 6 break in). It's quick and jumps a lot different than my old Ofna MBX Comp

Did you double check the buggy before you ran it? locktite all the screws? I doubt it's a general flaw given the outstanding rep of the 8ight.

but with ALL RTR's you still have to check them out before you run them for the first time.

Totally agree ! So many RTRs come with loose or missing screws . I rarely buy a RTR but when I do I completely take everything apart and double check everything and lock tight the screws as needed .
